WELCOME TO OUR LITTLE DISTRICT
Alamode is an indie VTuber collective inspired by a charming shopping district, where every talent brings their own unique storefront, personality, and creativity to the neighborhood.
We're a group of creators who value kindness, collaboration, and having fun together. Whether you're a streamer, singer, gamer, artist, or a little bit of everything, we'd love to get to know you!
Come for a visit. Stay for the company.
REQUIREMENTS
Age: You must be at least 18 years old. Applicants aged 21 and above are preferred.
Commitment: Be willing to remain active with Alamode for a minimum of 6 months.
Activity: Maintain content creation activity on at least 2 days per week, with exceptions for personal circumstances.
Collaborations: Be willing to participate in biweekly group collaborations, as well as occasional collaborations with guests.
Group Participation: Be open to participating in group activities, including events, covers, creative projects, and other initiatives.
EXPECTATIONS
Communicate openly. You're comfortable discussing ideas, concerns, and plans with fellow members.
Are organized and responsible. You can manage your time and follow through on commitments.
Enjoy collaboration. You're excited to create content and work on projects with others.
Understand VTubing. You have a general understanding of VTuber content creation and its community.
Bring something to the table. Whether it's a particular skill, creativity, experience, or simply a willingness to learn and help.
Value the group as well as themselves. You're interested in both growing your individual channel and contributing to Alamode as a whole.

01 / Application
Submit your audition form and tell us about yourself.
02 / Review
We'll review applications and identify potential matches.
03 / Interview
Shortlisted applicants will be invited to a Discord voice interview.
04 / Evaluation
We'll evaluate applicants based on compatibility, goals, and expectations. A second interview may be arranged if needed.
05 / Results
Applicants will be informed of the outcome according to the group's notification process.
